What? Give away my signature recipes that took years to develop ... do you think I'm crazy? Nah, I will be more than glad to share the recipes that the Guts' Smokehouse BBQ Team uses during competition. Keep in mind however, that with every competition there is almost always something in a recipe that changes. Guts' Smokehouse recipes fall into one of the four categories judged by the Kansas City Barbeques Society during a sanctioned event. Competitors are judged on these categories:
